What You'll Do:

  • Drive large, complex projects autonomously from technical design to launch.
  • Lead code reviews, documentation, and tackle complex bug fixes on high-risk problems.
  • Partner across engineering teams on company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects.

Your Background:

  • 5+ years building backend applications with senior-level experience in Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or Scala.
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (AWS, GCP, Azure) and database technologies (RDBMS or NoSQL).
  • Practice mentoring engineers and evaluating trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and space/time.
