You will also record checks from vouchers in Buildium, verifying them against bank records and websites to maintain financial accuracy. Following up on rent payments for buildings lacking e-pay options and recording them in the system is crucial. Ensuring timely rent payments by following up on open balances through calls, texts, and emails to tenants. Coordinating closely with the team to reconcile monthly income and expenses for each property.
