Trainer, Content Strategist

The Trainer/Content Strategist educates and trains adult learners to use IT systems effectively. Key responsibilities include assessing customer support needs, storyboarding, planning events, and delivering resources in a meaningful way, while also assessing the effectiveness of the support provided. You will conduct employee training using various instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, one-on-one training, and remote learning. Design quality visual aid support for training sessions and develop best practices for training, ensuring a carefully outlined process is followed. Continuously conduct needs assessments to ensure accurate and effective training content. Manage administrative duties for training sessions, including scheduling and documentation, and proactively communicate with team members to efficiently achieve the Training Department's goals. Contributing to other training and projects in the Training Department on an as needed basis, as well as creating and updating Knowledge Articles, KB’s and other documentation are also key aspects of this role.
