Business Analyst II

The Business Analyst II assists in the alignment of efforts with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to support strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business needs for medium to large projects. Key responsibilities include interviewing stakeholders and sponsors, compiling requirements, and conveying them to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Lead Business Analyst on single threaded strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, facilitate brainstorming & requirement sessions, define and document business requirements, create or update business process flow models, manage issue and defect requests.
