About the role:
- The Marketing Program Specialist will support growth by executing high-impact, multi-channel programs that drive demand and pipeline.
- This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations & Growth and is pivotal in differentiating the brand.
What you'll do:
- Project manage multi-channel marketing programs including webinars, sponsorships, and campaigns.
- Coordinate assets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows across teams.
- Deliver program reporting and insights to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 1+ years B2B experience.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (Asana).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven mindset.
