Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of email marketing, automated nurturing, webinar programs, and newsletters across prospect, customer, and channel-partner audiences.
- Lead high-visibility virtual event programs and digital summits that educate the market and capture high-intent demand.
- Oversee email operations and performance, including content, design, segmentation, and deliverability.
Impact within 90 days:
- Within 30 days: Audit current webinar schedule and email cadence, flag highest-leverage fixes, build relationships with key partners.
- Within 60 days: Take full ownership of virtual event calendar, launch optimized campaigns, confirm lead-handoff process.
- By 90 days: Design and execute multi-channel quarterly demand generation plan, demonstrate measurable pipeline contribution.
Requirements:
- Hands-on ownership of enterprise B2B demand generation, specifically webinars, email, and large-scale virtual summits.
- Proficiency with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and Salesforce, plus strong grasp of deliverability.
- Track record applying AI tools to streamline workflows and surface audience trends.
