About the Role:
- Act as the bridge between Dragos's partner ecosystem and go-to-market engine, building programs that enable partners to generate pipeline.
- Report to the Head of Global Field Marketing and collaborate with partner organization, demand generation, and field marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a rolled partner marketing strategy and calendar aligned to key events, QBRs, and pipeline milestones.
- Execute co-marketing programs and manage MDF funds with clear ROI tracking.
- Drive partner engagement through structured communications, campaigns, and incentive programs.
Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on partner or channel marketing.
- Demonstrated success in designing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing and collaborative cross-functional skills.
