Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze operational data to ensure accuracy and identify actionable trends.
- Develop and maintain internal SOPs and documentation to centralize and scale knowledge.
- Partner with internal teams to manage project implementations and resolve escalations.

Work Arrangement:
- The role is fully remote, with operations based on PST time zones.
- Employees travel to the San Jose, CA office up to three times yearly for collaboration.
