- Develop instructor-led and virtual training materials, including PowerPoint decks, quick reference guides, and handouts.
- Convert existing content into learner-friendly formats and maintain enterprise-wide training assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field, or 2 years of experience in content development.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise, Storyline, and PowerPoint in a corporate environment.
- Strong written, visual, and organizational skills with the ability to apply feedback consistently.
