Cloud Operations Engineer II

Accountabilities:

• Take full ownership of cloud compute operations, ensuring reliability, optimization, and maintenance.
• Provision and manage clusters, monitor alerts, and oversee environment health and configuration.
• Manage compute capacity and develop KPIs for performance and capacity planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years of hands-on VMware administration.
• Strong knowledge of vCenter, vCloud Director, and NSX; VMware certifications preferred.
• Experience with backup/disaster recovery, cloud infrastructure, and global data center environments.
