Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
- Support Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware environments.
- Diagnose issues with Dell and Supermicro servers.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of systems, infrastructure, or data-centre experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, Hyper-V, and VMware.
- Good understanding of networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
Nice to have:
- VPS, dedicated hosting, or IaaS experience.
- iDRAC, IPMI, SAN/NAS or Veeam.
- PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible.
Engagement:
- Independent contractor, approximately 10–15 hours per week.
- Remote, primarily during European business hours.
- Rotating on-call coverage by agreement.
