Technical Responsibilities:
- Assess existing environments and develop upgrade plans for software, hardware, network, and integrations.
- Execute upgrades across Windows and Linux platforms, databases, and proprietary hardware.
- Configure and validate networking components including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and security controls.
Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with Product Development, Technical Support, and customer IT teams.
- Support integrations involving clinical systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and upgrade procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux, Kubernetes, and networking.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work remotely in the US.
