Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated issues related to servers, storage, and virtualization.
- Standardize and optimize server and infrastructure configurations.
- Document SOPs, configuration baselines, and architecture blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ConnectWise, Windows Server, Active Directory, DFS, DNS, DHCP.
- Expertise in VMware, Hyper-V, NSX, and virtual networking.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
