Chief of Staff, Care Transformation

Responsibilities:

• Operate the CT team's core systems, including meeting rhythms, decision tracking, and accountability frameworks to prevent any gaps.
• Develop and maintain leadership dashboards and financial trackers to provide clear visibility into team performance and resource allocation.

Strategic Enablement:

• Own the connection between Care Transformation and Marketing, ensuring CT teams are prepped with timely product narratives and competitive messaging.
• Build a centralized enablement hub containing all necessary pitch materials, battle cards, and update sequences for customer-facing teams.

Initiative Ownership:

• Drive OKR tracking and retrospective processes to surface blockers and ensure the team focuses on high-impact improvement initiatives.
• Anticipate and address upcoming team needs, such as QBR narratives and renewal messaging, before they become urgent requests.

Major Event Coordination:

• Own the operational planning for key industry conferences, including customer speaker preparation and internal team briefing alignment well in advance.
