About the Role:
- Own Stedi's affirmative disputes from theory, evidentiary development, and demand letters to regulatory complaints and litigation.
- Run the regulatory-enforcement track alongside litigation, leveraging HIPAA Administrative Simplification, state insurance regulators, and antitrust authorities.
- Defend the company across commercial, customer, and other disputes, keeping work in-house wherever possible and holding outside counsel to high standards.
Who You Are:
- 12+ years litigating complex commercial disputes with first-chair experience and a track record of initiating cases.
- Depth in antitrust, complex contract disputes, or regulatory enforcement; healthcare or technology background strongly preferred.
- A strong writer, resourceful, credible with engineers, and philosophically aligned with the Stedi Standards.
