Role Overview:
- Own donor journey after first gift to grow lifetime value.
- Lead retention and upgrade strategy for donor base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build automated multichannel lifecycle journeys.
- Develop upgrade programs and partner with RevOps on payment recovery.
- Manage testing roadmap and performance reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–6 years lifecycle or retention marketing experience.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics.
- Self-starter with strong collaboration and writing skills.
