About the Role:
- Cultivate and steward mid-level donors ($6K-$10K) to grow annual revenue
- Identify and develop pipeline of major gift prospects for future giving
- Maintain CRM records and track engagement metrics

- Proven track record in frontline fundraising with measurable results
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
