Job Summary:
- Build a net-new pipeline of HNW and UHNW individual donors.
- Own the full fundraising cycle from prospecting to close, targeting $3M+ annually.
- Develop scalable practices for major giving at CodeAI.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop HNW and UHNW prospects through research, referrals, and events.
- Own the full fundraising cycle from qualification to close, delivering $3M+ in annual revenue.
- Partner with executive leadership and create compelling donor communications to advance opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of frontline fundraising experience with major individual giving.
- Proven track record of building a major-donor portfolio from scratch and closing six- and seven-figure gifts.
- Strong forecasting discipline and experience with Salesforce.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $99,000 to $110,000 per year.
