- Own the provider lifecycle program and find key engagement moments.
- Build and launch journeys in Iterable and Intercom.

- 5+ years in marketplace or product-led marketing with owned journeys.
- Strategic and hands-on, comfortable with segmentation and testing.
Collaboration:
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Creative to align programs.
- Measure impact on activation, adoption, and retention.
