As a Technical Support Specialist at Seamless.AI, you will manage technical and strategic questions from our customers primarily through email and scheduled customer calls. Our platform empowers sales and marketing professionals with real-time contact data through our search engine, browser extension, and AI-powered validation and verification. To be successful, you’ll need to quickly develop deep expertise in our products and services, enabling customers to achieve the best possible outcomes with our platform. Responsibilities include assisting customers remotely, delivering professional support, communicating customized solutions, and building expertise in Seamless.AI for troubleshooting. You will also partner with account managers and sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
