  • Ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and execution across all product areas.
  • Translate business strategy into structured enablement programs with Product and Marketing teams.

GTM Readiness & Launch Enablement:

  • Establish a global go-to-market readiness model for sales preparation before product launches.
  • Drive adoption of sales processes, systems, and tools including CRM and AI capabilities.

Enablement Impact Measurement & Performance Optimization:

  • Implement a measurement framework linking enablement activities to business outcomes like pipeline and win rate.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to align enablement priorities with field needs and performance objectives.
