Job Description
As a Guest Relations Partner, you are the heart of The Flex guest journey and will ensure every guest feels supported, welcomed, and truly cared for from the moment they book to checkout.
You’ll be the main point of contact via chat, email, and phone — responding promptly, kindly, and professionally. You will also coordinate check-ins, checkouts, verifications, and local requests to ensure smooth experiences, owning problems from start to finish, finding creative solutions that turn challenges into moments of delight.
You will anticipate guest needs, share timely updates, provide thoughtful recommendations, and collect guest feedback to identify patterns and help improve The Flex's systems and service standards. In addition, you will work closely with Operations, Product, and Tech to elevate the entire guest journey.
