Job Description

Contract Management:

  • Accountable for managing contract fulfillment, focusing on time, quality, and cost.
  • Develop offers for contract expansions and simple renewals.
  • Identify and manage opportunities in contract-related standard/product business.

Service Delivery Coordination:

  • Coordinate service delivery activities between organizational units.
  • Supervise the work of various teams to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and expected service levels.

Financial and Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial and service reporting processes.
  • Handle the monthly billing procedure.
  • Responsible for external/internal cost-saving initiatives.
