Job Description
Contract Management:
- Accountable for managing contract fulfillment, focusing on time, quality, and cost.
- Develop offers for contract expansions and simple renewals.
- Identify and manage opportunities in contract-related standard/product business.
Service Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate service delivery activities between organizational units.
- Supervise the work of various teams to ensure compliance.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and expected service levels.
Financial and Reporting Responsibilities:
- Manage financial and service reporting processes.
- Handle the monthly billing procedure.
- Responsible for external/internal cost-saving initiatives.
