Magnet Forensics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance customers' experience. In this role, you will nurture the complete customer journey with Magnet, from initial onboarding to driving positive retention rates. The mission is to ensure proactive efforts deliver a positive customer experience, leading to contract renewals and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities include acting as a trusted advocate for customers, advising on best practices, using Gainsight to manage customer views, detecting early warning signs of customer sentiment, and ensuring successful customer onboarding. You will also collaborate with internal teams to support renewals, leverage business intelligence, and advocate for customer training requirements.

Qualifications include experience in a customer-facing role, technical account management skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities. Previous experience in DFIR and certifications are a plus. Travel up to 10-20% may be required.
