Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects responsible for crafting scalable, repeatable, and value-driven implementation designs; own the solutioning funnel from Sales through implementation, ensuring proper scoping, customer alignment, and delivery readiness. Serve as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Services, ensuring technical feasibility, scope integrity, and product alignment. Build frameworks, tools, and estimation models to guide consistent project architecture across segments and complexity tiers. Partner with Sales leadership to enable effective discovery, estimation, and handoff practices that improve win rate and reduce delivery risk. Influence product roadmap and packaging by funneling customer feedback, solution gaps, and common implementation blockers into Product. Establish architecture standards, reusable solution patterns, and technical onboarding playbooks to drive delivery consistency. Play a key role in driving operational maturity across Servicesβsupporting improvements in tooling, delivery models, and strategic planning. Act as a key partner to the VP of Professional Services on strategic initiatives related to services scalability, partner solutioning, and end-to-end process design.
