Job Description

Golden Customer Care is looking for a Customer Care Representative to be the human touchpoint for some of the largest health, wellness, beauty, and pet brands online. This role requires using multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, researching and reconciling problems, and addressing customer complaints effectively. The representative will also engage customers to reconsider cancellation by highlighting benefits and informing them of available deals and promotions, and assist customers with order status inquiries. The position involves working within specified call center hours, including potential weekend days, and requires meeting standard contact center performance metrics. Paid virtual training is provided.
