Role Overview:
- ELEKS is looking for a Field Applications Engineer to support a US-based industrial automation client.
- This is a remote role focused on deploying and supporting software at customer sites across the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-premises deployments and installations of industrial automation software at customer sites.
- Configure and troubleshoot OT network connectivity, infrastructure, and integration with existing industrial systems.
- Ensure deployments align with Purdue security model and OT network security best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years in Field Applications Engineering, Controls Engineering, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with OT networking, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Python, SQL, or another scripting language.
Additional Information:
- This is a remote position based in the USA, requiring travel to customer sites.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
