About the Role:
- Interface directly with clients to plan, scope, and implement the Dragos Platform.
- Be part of a hands-on onsite team at power plants, substations, and refineries.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and solution architects on customer use cases and success criteria.
- Coordinate deployments, tuning, and optimization with client teams.
- Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ICS/OT and cybersecurity experience, with strong networking and Linux skills.
- Experience with on-premise and cloud solutions and scripting languages is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 25%.
