Lead & Develop the Solution Engineering Function:
- Build, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering team.
- Establish best practices for discovery, demonstrations, technical validation, and solution design.
- Partner with Sales Leadership on territory coverage and resource allocation.
Drive Technical Sales Execution:
- Serve as a senior technical resource on complex enterprise opportunities.
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer business objectives and technical requirements.
- Design solution approaches aligned to customer needs and Clear Capital capabilities.
Integration & Implementation Readiness:
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer requirements.
- Ensure technical scoping and deployment readiness prior to go-live.
- Help facilitate transitions from Sales to onboarding and implementation.
