This role is for the Risk and Fraud team where you'll join a dynamic team focused on managing and mitigating risks for Wellhub. As a Risk and Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and preventing fraudulent activities, contributing to a secure and trustworthy ecosystem. This position involves working closely with team leaders to execute, refine, and improve fraud detection strategies and strengthen our approach to risk management. Lead the analysis of suspicious behaviors across all areas of the ecosystem to identify and prevent fraudulent activity. Drive the development and implementation of new fraud detection rules and processes to enhance our security measures. Own the investigation of complex fraud cases from initial detection to resolution. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer experience, to address fraud-related issues. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to risk and fraud management. Partner with data scientists to improve predictive models and tools for fraud detection. Establish and maintain detailed records of fraud cases and actions taken. Achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fraud loss reduction and case resolution time.
