The Corporate Audit Manager will establish and lead GiveDirectly’s new Corporate Audit function. This role will serve as a trusted, independent assurance partner. The role builds and executes a risk-based audit plan designed to strengthen GiveDirectly’s internal control environment and governance maturity.

Lead the global Internal Audit function, building and executing the annual audit plan and overseeing the team and co-sourced partners. Ensure strong alignment with regulatory expectations while shaping a technology-forward audit function at the forefront of crypto and financial innovation. This role reports to the Senior Director of Risk and Audit.

You will join a team of risk & trading professionals, serving as the first line of defense against irregular market movements. The team is responsible to ensure our users and company are well protected by identifying early signs of high risk activities (i.e liquidation events, high volatility periods) . In addition to real-time monitoring, you will also have the opportunity to work on risk alerts/tools enhancements.
