SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll/Time Tracking Consultant

Role Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll/Time Tracking Consultant based in the United States.
• You will lead functional configuration, translate business requirements, and support successful client implementations.
• This fully remote role offers opportunities to troubleshoot complex challenges and implement industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Support payroll processing, time valuation, absence types, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Plan and execute system testing, data validation, and production support to ensure reliable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including ECP and/or Time Tracking.
• Strong understanding of payroll, timekeeping, attendance, and workforce management processes.
• Excellent analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills for a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000.
