Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 digital media buyers, providing guidance and performance support.
- Collaborate with clients, brand managers, analytics, creative, and planning teams to execute integrated campaigns.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic/CTV platforms.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital budgets (typically $500K+ monthly) across multiple brands.
- Strong expertise in campaign tracking, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting tools.
