Senior Platform Engineer

Platform Engineering:

• Build and evolve the agent runtime, orchestration engine, and Agent Studio for defining and improving AI agents.
• Own voice infrastructure for real-time audio streaming, STT/TTS integration, and telephony.
• Form the foundation of enterprise trust with RBAC, access management, audit logs, and data isolation.

Evaluation and Observability:

• Build the DeepEval-driven evaluation suite that replays real conversations, runs simulations, and gates every release.
• Extend observability to trace every agent decision, add proactive monitoring for regressions, and turn millions of calls into insight.
• Close the feedback loop connecting evaluation and observability to agent improvement.

Operations and Infrastructure:

• Own Kubernetes, ArgoCD-driven GitOps deployments, CI/CD, and SigNoz observability.
• Build self-serve infrastructure empowering the rest of engineering, and lead incident response and postmortems.
• Keep the platform fast, reliable, and boring to operate with high agency and ownership.
