Own a client's voice or chat agent end-to-end, from requirements through production and continuous iteration. Engineer the agent's behavior by writing and maintaining instruction sets, and build automated evaluation gates. Debug live conversations, work directly with US enterprise clients, and ship changes that impact real callers.
