We are seeking a General Manager for our ANZ region to lead our fast-growing legal technology business. The GM will be accountable for the ANZ P&L, driving growth and ensuring outstanding outcomes for our clients. This is a critical leadership role, responsible for uniting Sales, Solution Architect, Delivery, and Customer Support under one vision and representing our company in the LegalTech ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand. Own ANZ revenue growth and retention targets. Build relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and associations. Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer success, and innovation. Provide coaching, development, and career growth opportunities. Represent the company at industry events and client forums.
