The Group Account Supervisor manages the client services team providing tactical and strategic leadership. This role works directly with the client to ensure goals and objectives are being met and takes ownership of the campaign process from inception to completion. They supervise the client services team on a day to day basis and serve as the primary contact between the client and client services team, working to ensure brand strategy is effectively communicated.
They develop relationships and manage key opinion leaders, understanding the clientβs brand, therapeutic area, and objectives. The supervisor uses independent judgment and discretion to act as a bridge between the brand and creative strategy and manages day to day client service business to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
This role anticipates client needs and makes recommendations while simultaneously handling multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines and leading the client services team to deliver quality products. They will also work with multiple departments, provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, perform administrative tasks, attend meetings, and give status updates.
