The Sr. Manager, Business Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer success projects, ensuring all contracted deliverables are met on time and within scope. They will schedule and lead regular stakeholder meetings to align IAM capabilities with business objectives, facilitate workshops, and lead business reviews to track KPIs and measure compliance improvements.
This individual will track the utilization of success packages and contracted deliverables, partner with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to assess license utilization, and monitor customer health scores. The role involves identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, supporting the expansion of customer accounts, and leading the Customer Advisory Board. Additionally, they will assist clients to realize sustained value in Saviyntโs products & services and help them to drive additional value from our products & services.
