What You’ll Do:

• Think like an operator, not a scorekeeper. Design accounting that serves GAAP rigor and enables decision-making.
• Drive the chart of accounts as a strategic asset for audit-ready reporting and FP&A analytics.
• Set the monthly close standard with a fast AI-assisted close (day 5 or less).

What You’ll Need:

• 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience including 3+ years as a Controller or Senior Manager.
• CPA strongly preferred with Big 4 audit foundation (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC).
• Hands-on ERP expertise in Sage Intacct or NetSuite, and deep technical accounting fluency in ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 718.
