Responsibilities:
- Analyze conflict reports for new business and potential new hires, escalating uncertain situations as needed.
- Draft consent letters as requested and assist with ethical walls.
- Improve processes, ensure compliance with policies, and attend meetings.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree and bar membership required.
- Experience with conflicts of interest analysis preferred.
- Familiarity with Intapp Open preferred.
