Job Description

The Marketing Automation Specialist will develop and maintain end to end automation flows to improve marketing efficiency and reach, increasing results whilst reducing manual effort. They will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment around business goals and objectives. Responsibilities include creating and testing landing pages, forms, CTAs, etc. to increase conversion, monitoring campaign performance, and configuring and maintaining reporting dashboards. They will introduce and manage marketing automation tools into the workflow ensuring alignment with the organisations multiple CRMs. A/B testing and performance analysis to improve and refine campaigns, remaining current with automation trends, tools and industry best practices, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data privacy governance are also key. This person will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regional marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
