Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Talent Acquisitions Specialist, you will use iCims to manage recruitment activity, providing guidance to internal stakeholders on hiring, including salary benchmarking and process suggestions. You will support Yugo's growth by developing attraction strategies and creating talent pools. Ensure job descriptions are accurate, reflect current responsibilities and promote the Yugo brand through recruitment activities. Additionally, you will act as a champion for talent and culture, creating recruitment training and ensuring Yugo managers are equipped to recruit to best practice standards. You will support annual engagement survey development and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed, maintaining compliance.
