Technical Support Expert 2 - Phone Numbers

Support Twilio’s phone number customers, helping them manage their Twilio products, services, and accounts; function as the voice of Twilio to customers and partners, and operate as a subject-matter expert for Phone Numbers. Solve tough problems and enjoy helping others work through complex technical issues with strong communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences via chat, phone or email, empathizing with frustrated customers. Responsibilities include addressing customer issues, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams, assisting customers as needed, and collaborating with teammates and Twilio teams via Slack and JIRAs to report bugs.
