Job Description
As a Complaints Team Manager, you'll play a key role in helping each member of your team with their personal and professional development, listening to them, guiding them through hard times and celebrating their successes. A key aspect is ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues quickly and completely, organizing people, and proactively identifying and resolving problems. You will also manage a team of up to 12 Complaints COps, conducting weekly meetings to coach and support their professional goals. Instilling a customer-centric culture by helping the team with the most difficult queries.
