Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist

As an Inside Sales & Enrollment Specialist at Better Health, you’ll play a hybrid role at the intersection of sales, service, and healthcare operations. You’ll engage directly with cold leads, patients, and providers to drive enrollment, manage referrals, and ensure a seamless customer journey from first call to delivery of care. You will proactively engage potential patients through outbound calls, answering questions, building trust, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Also, serve as a key point of contact for patients and providers, managing referrals and ensuring a smooth experience throughout. Resolve issues cross-functionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and a positive care experience. Continuously improve outreach and operational strategies by analyzing performance data and learning from every interaction.
