Lead Onboarding Project Manager

Program Implementation: Dedicated to project implementation efforts for key accounts and new programs and works closely with the account team to ensure successful delivery.

Customer Communication: Acts as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and is able to design a customized implementation approach aligned with customer's needs.

Project Management: Use project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects on time, create realistic timelines, monitor progress against key milestones and maintain accurate project documentation.
