Job Description

Your responsibilities involve handling customer requests via chat, email, and phone in English. You will provide consultations regarding our products and services in Edge Network. You will conduct technical diagnostics to resolve issues and gather information about customer incidents.

We expect you to have at least 1 year of Technical Support experience and a good understanding of networking and hardware diagnostics. Experience with CDN, Linux, and API is a must. Knowledge of monitoring tools and strong problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
