Job Description

As an Account Manager at PAR Retail, you will own customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for all things product, program, and account related. You’ll guide our customers in building, launching, and optimizing customer engagement programs and coordinate internally across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure on-time, high-quality execution. You are the strategic partner our clients trust to navigate their programs and achieve business outcomes. You will develop deep expertise in PAR Retail platform capabilities and advocate for meaningful implementation. Grow customer relationships through education, strategic guidance, and regular touchpoints. Lead customer meetings, from weekly check-ins to Quarterly Business Reviews. Create and deliver data-driven, tailored presentations to align with customer goals. Translate product functionality into solutions with measurable business results and collaborate internally to align efforts across teams and manage progress on deliverables. Also, gather and relay customer feedback to inform product roadmap and innovation.
