Job Description
As a Business Developer, you will spearhead XBorg's expansion into the content creator vertical. You'll design creator-specific pricing and distribution models that align with XBorg's infrastructure. Build and execute partnership strategies targeting top-tier gaming and lifestyle content creators. You will act as the voice of content creators internally, ensuring our product roadmap addresses their specific needs. Represent XBorg at content creator-focused events.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years working directly with content creators, talent agencies, or creator management companies. Active relationships with talent agencies, creator collectives, and high-profile gaming/lifestyle influencers. Deep understanding of creator monetization models, fan engagement strategies, and community building. Track record of structuring and closing creator partnership deals. Understanding of creator tools, platforms, and the broader creator economy ecosystem. Excellent communication skills and Familiarity with web3 and token-based economies is a plus.
