Staff Software Engineer

About the job:

• This position is on the Voice Connectivity Trust team to enable better customer support for Voice solutions.
• Engineers participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements to on-call support.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement real-time services with high throughput and low latency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver scalable solutions.
• Embrace challenges of scaling a complex distributed platform globally.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in large-scale distributed applications on JVM.
• Strong CS fundamentals and experience with RESTful services, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructures and on-call rotations.
